“IT Manager” is required in a multinational steel and mining company located in Badr City
Responsibilities:
Installing, maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft operating system on computers to act as a workstation, role server, or domain controller connected to the LAN.
Setting up the communication protocol and the operating system components responsible for the network connectivity.
Installing and setting up hot fixes and service packs released by Microsoft to stop the operation of viruses.
Installing and setting up anti-virus software & updating virus definition on a regular basis.
Taking all the necessary measures required to remove a virus believed to strike the computers.
Troubleshooting printer connectivity problems.
Keeping printer drivers and firmware updated.
Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting internet connectivity.
Setting up and securing wireless LAN connections.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree of Engineering (communication major).
High level of fluency in English (spoken and written).
Proven experience in managing IT operations and services.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
