"Senior Delivery Manager " is required in a global logistics Company located in Cairo Sokhna Road
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete product lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and client implementation, ensuring all deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Track and report on KPIs, success metrics, and overall project health to stakeholders and management, while developing detailed project plans with milestones, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to align on roadmap priorities and ensure timely execution of product features using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, conduct regular project status meetings, and oversee cross-functional teams, encouraging collaboration and high performance.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for coding, testing, deployment, and implementation, and implement DevOps best practices to streamline deployment and reduce time to market.
- Guide technical decisions using knowledge of .NET Core, Angular, SQL Database, and related tools, collaborating with architects and tech leads to define robust solutions.
- Lead client onboarding, ensuring successful product adoption, data migration, and integration, while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Certifications in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner), PMP, or similar are advantageous.
- 15+ years of experience in IT project or program management, with at least 10 years in roles directly managing software development and client implementations.
- Fluency in English is a Must
- Proven experience leading projects that use a modern tech stack including .NET Core, Angular, SQL Database, and other cloud technologies.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end delivery in Agile and DevOps environments
- In-depth understanding of .NET Core framework, Angular front-end development, and SQL Database management.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and CI/CD tools for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with data migration, API integrations, and other aspects of enterprise product deployment.
