"Payroll Specialist" is required for a Multinational Chemical Manufacturing located in Alexandria.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
- Calculate and process final dues for departing employees.
- Handle expats' gross-up calculations, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports to the appropriate tax authorities and portals.
- Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure a smooth monthly closing process.
- Prepare HR letters for employees and handle all payroll-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Manageand administer employee benefits, including medical, life, and car insurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Proficient in the English language.
