“Recruitment Specialist” is required for a newly established Medical Insurance Company in Egypt, launched by a Leading Multinational Bank, located in Dokki.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake professional HR activities on a daily basis within procedures and standards of practice.
- May prepare or participate in preparation of reports for the function setting out progress and status of allocated tasks.
- Coordination of new joiner on-boarding activities both internally and externally.
- End to end joining logistics.
- Reference Checks.
- Data mining.
- Participates in recruitment effort; assists onboarding; processes new hire forms and paperwork.
- Communicates and ensures completion of New Hire Checklist, which outlines employment requirements such as degree/ certification verification, background check, references, etc. with the applicant.
- Coordinate medical ahealth and life insurance enrollments and communicate with service providers concerning routine administration.
- Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in the HRMS system in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Understanding of local / regional labor laws, employment regulations and Emiratization guidelines.
- 3 years experience in Recruiting in the Medical Field is a must.
- Excellent Command of English Language.
