Responsibilities:

Monitor project performance and forecast deviations.
Report project status and compliance directly to the Chairman.
Coordinate corrective actions across ongoing projects.
Liaise between departments to support project needs.
Assist site teams and manage technical correspondence.
Handle project claims related to delays and variations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
15+ years of experience, especially in residential projects.
Experience in Residential Projects.
