"Key Account Head" is required for a Reputable Manufacturing company Located in El-Obour, Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow key accounts and maximize revenue.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Key Account Managers or Sales Executives.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and support development plans.
- Drive sales growth through effective account strategies and relationship management.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Manage pricing, proposals, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with marketing, customer service, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide client feedback to internal departments to improve product/service offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Transportation provided by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Very Good English is a must.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
