‘’Sales Director’’ is required for an International Automotive Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and business partnerships to expand the company's presence and increase market share.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Lead negotiations with key accounts, develop customized sales solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential business development opportunities, including new dealership agreements, strategic, and distribution networks.
  • Responsible for the B2B and B2C Sales activities as well as Pre-sale of the car, delivery of the car to the free zone and Import.
  • Prepare a Shortlist of car brands and prepare a Budget for the Egyptian division.
  • Responsible For managing the Sales and Marketing team as well as the Operations of the Egyptian Branch.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economy and Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in managerial role within the automotive industry and trading is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of the worldwide automotive market, including understanding of regulations, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to form the team and be completely responsible for the development of the branch.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and financial reports to make data-driven decisions.
