”Production Manager “is required for Reputable Heavy Equipment manufacturing company located in Port Said.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all production activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality output.
- Continuously refine production workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and align operations with business objectives.
- Mentor and develop the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Ensure all production processes meet industry standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary to uphold quality.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely product delivery while aligning output with customer demand and organizational goals.
- Job location: Port Said.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or a related field.
- 20+ years of experience in production management or a leadership role within manufacturing—preferably in industries such as transportation,automotive, or heavy equipment manufacturing.
- Extensive expertise in optimizing production processes, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining consistent product quality.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and quality control standards.
- Preferably based in Port Said.
