“Head of Malls” is required for a Holding Group of Companies located in Sheraton.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for both the behind-the-scenes and customer-facing operations of a retail shopping center.
- Responsible for handling the daily operations & maintenance of mall property.
- Day-to-day operations could include administrative tasks of renting out property spaces to tenants, marketing rentals, and seeking out renters.
- Running competitive analysis to ensure rental rates are competitive for the area, preparing financial reports, directing staff, solving complaints, and collecting rental fees.
- Maintaining corporate standards, window, and mannequin detail.
- Timeliness & maximum efficiency for the restocking of the sales floor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role within the retail or property management industry.
- Strong understanding of mall operations, property management, and retail industry trendsstandards.
