‘’Head of Hospitality’’ is required for a reputable hospitality service company Located in Downtown.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's hospitality strategies, aligning them with overall business goals.
  • Set performance benchmarks and goals for the hospitality department and ensure their achievement.
  • Establish and enforce standardized operating procedures to maintain consistency across all properties.
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor guest feedback and reviews, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their potential.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and recognize outstanding achievements.
  • Develop and manage the hospitality budget, ensuring cost control and revenue optimization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • 10 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
