“Sales Manager “is required for an E-commerce Saudi Company located in Nasr City.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear sales targets and providing guidance..
  • Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget; monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports.
  • Stay informed about product features and benefits; train the sales team to communicate effectively.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, tracking performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the GCC Market.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
