A reputable company located in Heliopolis is hiring an Insurance Operations Advisor position
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations for our insurance client.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of data entry, data processing, updating client's systems, reconciliations, data validation, sending e-mails, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with clients and customers via phone, e-mail, or other channels as required.
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
- Provide support to other departments within the organization as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 yearof experience in Admin work or a Back office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a Must.
