A reputable company located in Heliopolis is hiring an Insurance Operations Advisor position


Job Description:
  • Manage day-to-day operations for our insurance client.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of data entry, data processing, updating client's systems, reconciliations, data validation, sending e-mails, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with clients and customers via phone, e-mail, or other channels as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
  • Provide support to other departments within the organization as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1 yearof experience in Admin work or a Back office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a Must.
