A reputable company located in Sheraton is hiring an Architecture Design Engineer
Job Description:
- Creativity and ability to design diverse mega and complex architectural projects
- Prepare BOQ and Specs.
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (Civil, Mech, Elect. etc…).
- Participate in resolving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
- Meets with requester to determine requirements of projects design elements
- Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.
- Provide Engineering /Architectural Solutions to achieve project development goals & objectives.
- Assists in preparation of design development drawings.
- Coordinate with the commercial team regarding the marketing material and commercial requirements.
- Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches using 3D Max.
- Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.
- Strong modeling skills: experienced in understanding and working with architectural plans, reading and working with CAD drawing files.
- Image editing skills: compositing images with tools like Photoshop & after effects, proficient in color correction, manipulating rendered images digitally to obtain the final look and feel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills particularly in handling various projects and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as an Architect
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Communication and project management skills
- BS degree in Architecture
