An International company located in Sheraton is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer
Job Description:
- Locate opportunities, develop new business relationships, and maintain existing ones with major stakeholders’ customers such as: architects, lighting designers, interior designers, consultants, and contractors for the various product ranges carried by the company
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end of the full life cycle of the project
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, risk vs. reward and advise contingency plans necessary to successfully complete project assignments
- Administer quotations and offers, designs, lighting calculations, lighting simulations, specify products, sign contracts with the clients including term of payments and the delivery delays, follow up the delivery with the warehouse, client payments, after sales support and service
- Provide monthly progress reports to management on visits, project log and project status
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; track individual contributors and their accomplishments
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
