A multinational company located in Dubai is hiring a Business Development Manager


Job Description:
  • The role will be focused on developing business with new customers, new markets or new products. This covers the market analysis, sales process and post-sales feedback.
  • Market research to identify new markets for existing products, new prospects and/or new technologies/products to work on.
  • Get competitive pricing information and prepare a competitive landscape and refine engagement strategy accordingly.
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team around the strategic development of the Firm’s products and services to ensure that we’re abreast of, or ahead of, best practice in the industry.
  • Identify target markets and build a list of prospects.
  • Respond to RFP or prepare unsolicited solutions.
  • Work with the technical team to prepare and optimized the cost of goods to be competitive.
  • Prepare pricing and project P&L and present to management for discussions and approvals.
  • Build relationships with key customer decision makers.
  • Present a yearly budget including revenues, cost, resources required and risk plan.
  • Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of the pipe-line and perform deep dives and drill downs for strategic customers on regular basis or as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proven workingexperience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English

  • BSc/BA in business administration, salesor relevant field
