A multinational company located in 10th of Ramadan is hiring a Customer Service and Logistics Officer


Job Description:
  • The candidate will be in the supply chain department will work in foreign customer service
  • Following new orders, sending price quotations, entering new orders, follow payments, follow shipping
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service teamsales targets and call handling quotas
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
  • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
  • Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be fluent in French and English.
  • Experience 3-6 years
  • Preferably living in Shorouk, Madinaty, 10th of Ramadan city
  • Proven experience as logistics coordinator
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
