A multinational company located in Heliopolis is hiring a Customer Service Local Officer


Job Description:
  • Follow direct and indirect local customers (Distributors and OEM's) - Main place of work: Office Salah Salem - customer visits will be required
  • Make market surveys by visiting potential markets like downtown, sabteya, basous (Transportation allowance will be provided for the visits)
  • The candidate has to be very dynamic and active and to respond to phone calls and emails during and outside office time
  • The suggested salary is a starting salary that will be modified according to the competence of the person
  • Preferable female, veiled, good looking.
  • Foreign languages is not needed
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
