A multinational company located in Lybia is hiring a General Manager
Job Description :
- Owns the Libyan Market Business targets as it related to Sales, Margin and Operations.
- Has a vision to develop and grow the business in a manner such that we deliver as per the expectations of the Franchise (s) as agreed each year.
- Effectively Manage 360º of the business as it related to Sales & Marketing, Operations & logistics, Customer Service and IT.
- Act as the single point window with the respective Principal by effectively ensuring two-way communication and owning the relationship on behalf of the company.
- Accomplishes marketing, sales and human resource objectives by recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieves sales operational objectives by recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions and delivering on commitments.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working as Express Courier Companies as General Manager ideally for a similar organisation.
- Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with organization teams.
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
- Formal training would be an advantage but not essential.
- Proven track record of achieving growth and delivery of results to business plans.
- University graduation
- 5 Years’ experience in the similar field
