A reputable company located in El Obour City is hiring a Factory Manager
Job Description:
- Oversee the development of work plans and general production strategies
- Develop maintenance plans and follow up their implementation.
- Monitoring the deviation rates in performance indicators approved by the Department and work to avoid them and maintain that the ratios in the normal rate of production.
- Monitor the balances of raw materials and production requirements and work on finding solutions to ensure that production is not stopped.
- Ensure delivery of products at specified times
- Predict new production orders and accommodate changes in plans in coordination with sales and production management.
- Review quality reports to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure the application of production safety rules.
- Organization of work in factories
Qualifications:
- Age range: 27-35
- Years of Experience: 10 years in a managerial position in factories
- Bachelor Degree: Bachelor of Engeneering
- Experience Background: Not less than 10 years experience in industrial companies , good leader, good communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Good in Microsoft Office
