A promotion Manager is required by a multinational company located in Libya


Job Description:
  • Accomplishes Promotional objectives by recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
  • Meets financial objectives by preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions and delivering on commitments
  • Determines annual plans by forecasting and developing annual sales projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices, competitionalong with the Sales team
  • Effectively plans in advance Promotion events Calendar with the respective Principals and adheres to such Plans and ensures that KOL’s & important Doctors can participate in such activities
  • Maintains a healthy rapport with in market KOL’s, important Doctors, Pharmacists in Hospitals & Clinics by making regular visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Remains accountable to share and submit the Promotional KPI’s and other MIS with respective Principals and Senior Management as per agreed timelines
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Qualifications :
  • Ideally a Pharmacist or a Medical Doctor with fluency in Arabic and English
  • 7/10 Years work Experience of which last 3/5 Years in a similar leadership position
  • Good Business acumen
  • Strategic bend of mind
  • Has the ability to Inspire his team in delivering desired results
  • skill High level of Influencing
  • Strong Communication skill with the ability to persuade
  • Extremely Adaptable with good People Management skills, ConflictManagement and has the ability to get along under all odds
