An online education university is hiring an HR Office Manager for their Administration office located in Zamalek


Job Description:
  • Lead on recruiting our initial team in the Cairo office, with a focus on software developers;
  • Establish relationships with local recruitment agencies as and when needed
  • Help build a culture in Cairo office which is consistent with the university’s culture across the world and promote the company’s mission and values
  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel
  • Setup and manage all administrative aspects of the office
  • Manage all operational aspects of the of office to ensure a healthy, comfortable and attractive working environment is setup and maintained
  • Supervises the maintenance of overall office
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an HR related field
  • At least five (5) years of working experience as HR Generalist/Office Manager, ideally including dealing with global teams
  • Experience in Onboarding, Performance Management, and Offboarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Has high-level of professionalism, is independent and a self-starter
  • A good team player with experience working in virtual and cross-cultural teams
  • Extremely organized and methodical in approach to problem-solving and able to manage information systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint, preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-only work environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines
