Job Description:
- Perform the basics of HR ( selecting, recruiting, orienting and training )
- Collecting employment and salary plans by conducting salary surveys
- Prepare Job analysis ( job specifications and job description )
- Ensure Appraisal of employees' work
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing , updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Age range : 30-35 years old
- Bachelor degree : Business Administration
- Experience background : in Human Resources
- Years of Experience : 4-6 years
- Computer Skills : Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Language Proficiency : Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
