A multinational company located in 5th settlement is hiring a Sales Manager (Cairo, Giza & Upper Egypt)
Job Description:
- Business Plan Development: Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion plans. After approval has the accountability for the coordination and follow up of its implementation in the area of responsibility.
- Sales Plan implementation: Sets ambitious goals and exceeds them through identifying strategic business opportunities
- Sales Analysis /Forecasting &Budget Control: Regularly provides sales analysis and track /monitor the area performance and is expected to fully understand and forecast the outcome of alternative decisions to ensure sales objectives.
- Customer Focus/Targeting
- Reporting & Communication: Provides regular reports and updates to immediate manager in terms of sales performance ,market and customers in own area
- Facilitates & ensure cross function communications, projects and share best practices /activities.
Qualitifations:
- Gender : Male Only
- Age range: 30 years old and above
- Bachelor Degree: BSc in Pharmacy or other Health and Life Sciences
- Experience Background:Same positon in multi-National company
- Years of Experience: 4-6 years
- Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
