An international company located in Maadi is hiring a Senior Logistics Officer (Export Specialist) - Male Only
Job Description:
- Responsible for export documentation and data for all shipments.
- Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments to destinations.
- Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations.
- Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports - import, Adhere to all ISO Procedures and Work Instructions.
- To be sure that Documents of exported shipments to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
- Consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs, Counsel clients on matters like tariffs, insurance, and quotas.
Qualifications:
- Solid background in logistics issues, importing and freight forwarding processes.
- Experience : 3 -5Years.
- Other Skills : Very good computer user, able to issue reports on Excel sheets
- Age range:25 -35 year old
- Gender :Male Only
- Perfect computer soft skills.
- Perfect communication & coordination skills.Reporting to the Logistics Manager.
- Can handle many tasks at the same time.
- Excellent skills dealing with different departments
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken), ideally with Arabic knowledge
