The ideal candidate would come from a Systems Integrator background, and have a proven track record of supporting sales towards exceeding targets.

Job Description:

• Provide support and coordiation to the sales process and lead management. Analyse the RFI/RFP, gather information and coordinate the bid technical review and draft theRFI/RFP response. Maintain proper and effective documentation.
• Responsible for the tender evaluation process.
• Support the Director of Sales in market intellignce and analysis of pipeline.
• Prepare necessary client presentations and site visits.
• Maitain all documents on SharePoints portal and content management system.
• Ensure accuracy od the terms and consitions placed on sub-contractors to minimize risk to cleitns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in IT or related certificates
• Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
• English and Arabic proficiency
• Proven experience in developing technical and financial proposals for software and enterprise solutions, including Correspondence Management, Case Management, ECM, BPM, business automation, Kiosk systems, etc.
