An international company located in Sheraton is hiring an Operations Manager
Job Description:
- Coordinate internal and external technical/operational resources to ensure an efficient overall performance of Operations.
- Coordinate resources to deliver the company’s Product/Services on budget, time and quality.
- Manage technical/operational communication with internal Business Units and external customers/providers.
- Define and implement initiatives to improve the performance of Operations.
- Monitor operational processes, systems and policies.
- Identify lack of efficiency and opportunities for process improvement
- Define and implement initiatives to improve the overall performance.
- Research new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support for new Product/Service definition, planning and development.
- Understand customer’s needs.
- Provide pre-sale support to Sales Team
- Define technical/operational solution, resources plan and implementation plan for new product/services.
- Define operations processes to provide the suitable information/procedures to delivery coordinators and operations technicians.
- Perform Project Management role for internal/external technology projects
- Work closely with different internal Business Units and external customers to understand the requirement for each Project, developing effective working relationships.
- Develop Project management Methodology base on standards.
- Manage the whole life cycle of the projects ensuring they are delivered within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the Projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience as Operations Manager in a Mobile VAS Managed Services company
- 5+ years of proven track experience on managing successful project implementation in Technology environment
- 3+ years of proven track experience on Mobile Telecom Services and experience on VAS platforms.
- Experience managing the whole project life cycle using standards of Methodology. Prince2 or PMP certified is a strong plus.
- Experience on Mobile Financial Services (Keywords : MFS (Mobile Financial Services) , DCB (Direct Carrier Billing), DOB (Direct Operator Billing))
- Working knowledge of ITIL.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to quickly build productive working relationships throughout the business
- Excellent client facing skills
- Strong organisation, communication, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and complete projects within tight deadlines
