A reputable company located in 5th settlement is hiring a Director, Scheme Management & Legal Affairs
Job Description:
- Establishing & monitoring NPS procedures, licenses, rules, policies & standards
- Ensuring that customers’ programs comply with the NPS rules & regulations
- Assessing customer risk & AML and providing compliance programs that balance risk with growth opportunities
- Executing policy & educational initiatives that address legislative, regulatory & reputational risk
- Defending against litigation & regulatory challenges
Requirements:
- Education : Contract / Competition law or Finance / Business degree, MBA preferred
- Work experience : 15+ years in financial services, dealing with legal, regulatory & policy matters in Law department, Audit firm or Banking sector, experience in card payments & international exposure is a clear advantage
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
