A reputable real estate company located in New Cairo is hiring a Property Consultant
Job Description:
- Soliciting potential clients to buy and sell properties Handling Calls from potential clients
- Advising clients on prices, mortgages,market conditions and other related information.
- Comparing properties to determine a competitive market price Generating lists of properties for sale,including details as location and features.
- Promoting properties through advertisements and listing services Taking prospective buyers or renters to see properties. Evaluating the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
- Presenting purchase offers to sellers for information
- Mediating negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Ensuring all terms of purchase contracts are met.
- Personal Skills: Negotiation hard worker team player good presentation skills communication skills can work under pressure .
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: Fresh grades till 3 years of experience.
- Age range:20-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree: Graduated from GUC MSA BUE MIU
- Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and Egnlish (written and spoken)
