Job Description:

• Manages internal and external escalations
• Evaluation of support staff.
• Key decision maker for process improvements.
• Performs internal support process monitoring and reporting and ensures processing complies with policies
• Makes sure of adherence to targeted service levels.
• Ensures appropriate resources are available for incident processing on a daily basis.
• Submit monthly reports to the customer and the support manager.
• Approve and communicate improvement plan depending on the customer’s needs.
• Manage on site visits.
• Participates in the allocation committee

Qualifications:

• Gender :Male
• Age range :25-30 years old
• Years of Experience:4-6
• Bachelor Degree: Relevant Certificate
• Experience Background :SAP Experience with an Egyptian Provider
