A multinational company located in Sheraton is hiring a Customer Service Specialist


Job description:
we are looking for Customer service candidates with experience in home appliances:
  • Managing all service network,
  • Providing and improving service quality,
  • Following up and solving consumer & dealer requests and complaints,
  • Analyzing, evaluating and giving feedbacks about product quality,
  • Coordinating CS Marketing activities in Egypt
Qualifications:
  • University degree in Engineering,
  • Fluent English knowledge is a must,
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Excellent communication skills, self discipline, orientation for target realization skills,
  • Analytical minded, having good conflict management,
  • Fast reaction on daily challenges by using problem solving techniques.

  • Home appliances solid experience (eithersmall home appliancese.g. kitchen machine equipment, ironing equipment, IT equipment e.g. mobile devices or computer products;OR Big Home applianceseg. Refrigerator, oven, washing machine.. etc) whatever the size, all home machinery)
  • Personal skills: agile, calm (absorbing anger when needed); good listener and a good presenter. Fitting to the team
