A local company located in 5th settlement, New Cairo is requesting a Business Development Officer

  • ConductProactive and reactive research on clientsIn an accurate and efficient manner.
  • ConductMarket studies & field investigations and other appropriate researchTo assist the business development management in exploring new business opportunities.
  • AssistThe Business Development Team in preparing the company's products and services presentationsIn a professional, accurate and timely fashion.
  • AssistIn preparing, reviewing and finalizing the necessary documentations for specific productsIn an accurate and clear manner demonstrating all product features to be sent to client to assist them in using new products.
  • SupportVarious departments in identifying and analyzing business problemsTo assure efficient problem solving .
  • Collect and analyzeRelevant information pertaining to the company's productsTo assure providing the business development team with useful data to help them in business decision making.
  • ConductCustomer services calls with business clientsTo solve any business issues and guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Keep recordsOf customer interactions and transactionsAssuring recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Escalate & follow upCustomers complaints and issues to designated departments upon business development team approvalEnsure resolution in an efficient and timely fashion.
  • Contactcustomers to respond to inquiriesto notify them in a timely fashion of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Complete & issuecontract forms, service discontinuance ordersIn an accurate and timely fashion.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • University graduate
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
  • Ability to professionally use PowerPoint, excel spread sheets, word..etc
  • High communication and presentation skills
  • Details oriented
  • Self-startermotivated and goal oriented
  • Excellent command of English language
