A local company located in 5th settlement, New Cairo is requesting a Business Development Officer


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Proactive and reactive research on clients In an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Conduct Market studies & field investigations and other appropriate research To assist the business development management in exploring new business opportunities.
  • Assist The Business Development Team in preparing the company's products and services presentations In a professional, accurate and timely fashion.
  • Assist In preparing, reviewing and finalizing the necessary documentations for specific products In an accurate and clear manner demonstrating all product features to be sent to client to assist them in using new products.
  • Support Various departments in identifying and analyzing business problems To assure efficient problem solving .
  • Collect and analyze Relevant information pertaining to the company's products To assure providing the business development team with useful data to help them in business decision making.
  • Conduct Customer services calls with business clients To solve any business issues and guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records Of customer interactions and transactions Assuring recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Escalate & follow up Customers complaints and issues to designated departments upon business development team approval Ensure resolution in an efficient and timely fashion.
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries  to notify them in a timely fashion of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Complete & issue contract forms, service discontinuance orders In an accurate and timely fashion.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • University graduate
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
  • Ability to professionally use PowerPoint, excel spread sheets, word..etc
  • High communication and presentation skills
  • Details oriented
  • Self-starter motivated and goal oriented
  • Excellent command of English language
