Responsible for revenue generation from value added services.
Identifying opportunities for bundling apps along with the product and coordination with product and production team for pre-burning of apps.
Identifying opportunities for mobile insurance product.
Creating system, process and infrastructure for Upselling/installation of applications & insurance at the time of sales/service/recharge/any other opportunity of moment of truth.
Close coordination with distribution/retail team for productivity, training, knowledge management and technology transfer.
Working out revenue model with application companies and other service providers, this include negotiation for revenue sharing with different application companies and service providers, entering in to contract with them and creating system for timely revenue transfer between different stake holders.
Working with technical team in India for exploration of additional sources of revenues.
System integration for revenue realization and distribution among different stake holders
Trade and employee scheme creation, deployment and disbursement.
