  Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage entire proposal process – including content, timeliness, milestones, accountability and contingencies 
  • Assisting with both preparation and management of pre-qualification and invitations to tender.
  • Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, operations, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
  • Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer. 
  • Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process. 
  • Manage the bid budget. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids. 
  • Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award.  
  • Analyze and model appropriate contract terms and review with key internal partners/stakeholders 
  • Manage and drive the bid timeline and ensure the responses are submitted in time.
  • Manages large, cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects. 
  • Designs project timetable for proposal submission broken into specific roles, responsibilities & deliverables 
  • Collaborates with other members of the Sales, Pursuit, and Delivery Teams to ensure pricing and modeled financial that accurately reflect the solution being bid and that is expected to be implemented. 
  • Ensure that services scope, pricing and terms and conditions set forth in contractual documents with the customer align with approved pricing and financial.
  • Ensure audit compliance record management for all the bid information and submission.
  • Conduct deal hand-over to concerned departments for follow up
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelors degree of Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Minimum 5 years in Integrated Solutions Industry
  • Fluent English Language (Reading/Writing)
  • Technical experience in Networking/Servers and Data Storage
  • Relevant experience with system integration providers is a must
