Plant Manager is required for a well-known FMCG company located in located in Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, control, and optimize all beverage manufacturing operations, including water, juices, carbonated drinks, and related production lines.
- The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, food safety compliance, asset reliability, and operational cost control.
- The role oversees Production, Quality, Maintenance, Utilities, and HSE functions to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and sustainable manufacturing performance aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA, HACCP/Food Safety certification, and ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 training are preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- 5+ years in factory leadership or plant management
- Strong experience in line installation and commissioning (Krones – Preferred)
- Strong experience in beverage processing and bottling lines
- Experience in operational excellence programs
