Sr. Procurement Manager is required for a multinational consultation company located Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and/or coordinate the preparation of tender documentation including ITT, BOQs, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and contract templates with stakeholders such as the Client, Design consultant and etc.
- Manage technical and commercial evaluation of bids in collaboration with technical leads and quantity surveyors.
- Ensure alignment between procurement milestones and master schedule; escalate risks and delays early.
- Prepare and present procurement status reports for senior management.
- Oversee contract finalization and transition to the construction management team.
- Maintain a supplier database and continuously monitor regional and global contractor capabilities and pricing benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement - in the construction and engineering sector.
- Experience in PM/CM and/or construction site experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, and procurement management systems (e.g., Aconex, SAP, Oracle).
