Contract Administrator is required for a Multinational PMC Company located in Cairo


Responsibilities:
  • Supports contract communication, including LOAs, notices, and contracting.
  • Coordinates internal records and maintains compliance with contract protocols.
  • Interfaces with contract manager and external parties for documentation.
  • Prepare commercial information for contract and purchase approval documents.
  • Assist in the payment process of contracts and purchase orders.
  • Assist with the preparation of tender documentation and adjudication of tenders.
  • Create and maintain commercial registers.
  • Create and maintain financial data in SAP or other systems.
  • Insert data and maintain the contracts module as per clients document control system.
  • Assist with the assembly and compilation of contracts (NEC, FIDIC, Employer Bespoke).
  • Provide contract assurance functionality for design consultants.
  • Ensure that tender and contract documentation is prepared in a way that minimizes risks.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar qualification.
  • 10+ years of experience. Experience in mixed-use or large-scale commercial buildings and experience with FIDIC-based PMCM projects preferred.
  • High attention to detail; collaboration skills; resourceful; ability to communicate clearly and concisely; ability to build strong relationships with diverse personalities; English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other financial systems; knowledge of NEC, FIDIC, and Employer Bespoke contracts.
