Planning Manager is required for a multinational consultation company located in Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth CPM analysis to identify critical paths and potential bottlenecks; develop proactive mitigation plans to prevent delays.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress using Earned Value Management (EVM) and S-Curves to report "Planned vs. Actual" status.
- Evaluate the impact of design changes or unforeseen site conditions; perform forensic schedule analysis for Extension of Time (EOT) requests and claims management.
- Interface Management: Coordinate schedules between multiple stakeholders, including owners, subcontractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless handovers and integrated workflows.
- Identify schedule-related risks and provide data-driven insights to the Project Director to support executive decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in Planning and Scheduling for large scale development projects with consist of High-rise, Residential, Hospitality, Infrastructure and etc.
- Expert-level mastery of Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of Project Controls, including CPM, PERT, and EVM methodologies.
