“Events & Digital Marketing Manager” is required in a well-known international development organization located in Cairo, downtown.


Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and manage a yearly and seasonal calendar of events, activities, and public programs.
  • Coordinate cultural, recreational, educational, and family-oriented activities.
  • Oversee on-site event execution, including logistics, setup, operations, and visitor flow.
  • Liaise with performers, artists, vendors, instructors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, park rules, and authority requirements.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote events and park offerings.
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate creation of promotional content, including visuals and videos.
  • Enhance visitor engagement through creative programming.
  • Coordinate with park management, operations, security, and maintenance teams.
  • Prepare activity plans, budgets, schedules, and post-event reports.
  • Report on performance, attendance, engagement, and revenue impact.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in events management or digital marketing.
  • Experience working in public spaces, parks, or cultural venues is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to work under pressure during live events.
