We are hiring a "Telemarketer" for a US Insurance company - Fully Remote.


Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to a list of leads provided by the company.
  • Introduce the company’s services and generate interest.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on interest, need, and readiness to engage with sales agents.
  • Transfer qualified and interested leads to the appropriate sales agent for follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and customer responses.
  • Follow the company’s call scripts and communication guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or B.A. holder in any field.
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
