“Brand Manager” is required for a reputable FMCG located in Giza
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand plans and annual marketing calendar to support business targets.
- Monitor brand performance across key KPIs and generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with market research and insights teams to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activities.
- Drive execution of consumer and trade marketing campaigns with cross-functional coordination.
- Align with sales team to optimize trade marketing activities and ensure consistency in messaging and ROI.
- Support innovation pipeline by working closely with R&D, production, and supply chain on new product developments or improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign activations across all platforms and channels.
- Contribute to NPD launches and post-launch evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Nielsen or similar tools is a plus.
