“Senior Data Analyst” is required for an international healthcare company located in Heliopolis, Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the creation and delivery of powerful insights through improved data visualization and storyboarding.
- Oversee collaboration with internal and external partners to understand business requirements and desired outcomes.
- Supervise the execution of analytics plans using data mining and analytical techniques.
- Perform quality assurance checks on data and deliverables for all tasks performed.
- Respond to and resolve queries and issues related to the company’s medical management system and configurations.
- Provide user education and information via email and telephone in line with best practice guidelines.
- Log all user queries in the support management system for accurate tracking and resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams or forward queries to the department head.
- Take the initiative to design and maintain procedures, such as templates, where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, applying statistical solutions to business problems.
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL is required.
- English fluency is a must.
- Solid understanding of data, market intelligence, business intelligence, and AI-driven tools and technologies.
- General knowledge of web-based applications is an added advantage.
