“Payroll Specialist” is required for a Multinational Chemical Manufacturing located in New Cairo.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
  • Calculate and process final dues for departing employees.
  • Handle expats' gross-up calculations, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports to the appropriate tax authorities and portals.
  • Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure a smooth monthly closing process.
  • Prepare HR letters for employees and handle all payroll-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and administer employee benefits, including medical, life, and car insurance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
