"HR Manager" is required for a multinational Textile manufacturing company located in the 10th of Ramadan city.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full HR function across the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee all HR operations, policies, and strategies to ensure effective implementation.
- Manage recruitment and workforce planning activities.
- Drive the performance management cycle across the organization.
- Oversee training, development, and succession planning initiatives to support talent growth.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Develop and analyze HR reports and metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational and advisory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 12–15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Manufacturing, textile, or industrial background is a must.
- Experience with SAP HR Module .
- Strong HRIS user with advanced MS Office skills.
