“Office Manager” is required in a multinational Textile manufacturing company located in the 10th of Ramadan city.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Chairman and Board by managing executive communications.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and decision-support materials.
- Ensure timely follow-up on strategic projects and internal initiatives.
- Coordinate board and leadership meetings, document minutes, and track action points.
- Act as a central link between departments to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Monitor progress on key operational and strategic tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all correspondence.
- Manage multiple high-priority assignments under pressure effectively.
Requirements:
- Max. 15 years of experience supporting C-Level executives or Boards.
- English: Excellent (spoken & written).
- Strong skills in MS Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel (Dashboards); SAP knowledge preferred.
- MBA highly preferred; Project Management certifications are a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and business acumen skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and follow up on critical tasks.
