“Senior QA Engineer” is required in a well-known processing and manufacturing glass Company located in 10th of Ramadan City
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with industry best practices and company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of QA professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Establish and enforce quality control procedures and standards across the product lifecycle—from raw materials to final shipment.
- Conduct regular internal audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality is embedded in product design and manufacturing processes.
- Oversee inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Materials, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Additional certifications in Quality Management, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or Lean Manufacturing are highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with quality control tools, inspection methods, and testing techniques.
