"Financial Manager" is required in a leading cosmeceutical company located in Maadi
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s full financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage daily accounting functions (GL, AP/AR, bank reconciliations) and ensure accurate monthly and annual financial statements.
- Lead cost accounting activities, including product costing, BOM analysis, inventory valuation, and pricing strategies for personal care manufacturing products.
- Monitor financial KPIs, perform variance analysis, and support management in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure effective cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial risk control.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Develop financial models to evaluate new products, expansions, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to support cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CMA/CPA is a strong plus).
- 15 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably from the Pharmaceuticals, Cosmeceuticals, or Personal Care Manufacturing industries.
- Fluency in English is a Must
- Strong experience in manufacturing cost accounting and product costing models.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.
