“Junior Architect” is required in a reputable Real Estate company located in 6th October City
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with contractors and manage project handovers efficiently.
- Prepare and develop interior and exterior architectural designs.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using 3ds Max, Lumion, and Revit.
- Edit and enhance design presentations using Photoshop.
- Utilize engineering and architectural platforms for technical reference and design development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits and follow up on on-site activities.
- Supervise and receive finishing items to ensure quality and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in architectural design (real estate/construction field preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization.
- Good understanding of interior and exterior design principles.
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop technical drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, detailing, and finishing.
- Strong ability to deal with contractors and site teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
