Top Business is Hiring Senior Organizational Development (OD) Specialist Located in Heliopolis, Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute OD projects across various industries.
- Conduct comprehensive job analysis using interviews, questionnaires, and observation techniques.
- Develop accurate and comprehensive Job Descriptions (JDs) aligned with job analysis outcomes.
- Design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance scorecards across all levels.
- Create and update organizational charts based on client structure, business needs, and workforce planning.
- Develop salary structures, job grading, and compensation frameworks aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
- Support the creation of competency frameworks and role classifications when required.
- Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and recommend the most suitable OD solutions.
- Present OD findings, salary structure recommendations, and organizational models in a professional format.
- Facilitate validation workshops with client stakeholders to finalize job roles, KPIs, and structures.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and high-quality delivery for all projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR Consulting.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Hands-on experience in job analysis, JD creation, KPI development, and org chart design.
- Solid experience in building salary structures, job grading systems, and compensation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of performance management and competency models.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and interact directly with clients.
