“Administrative & Marketing Assistant” is required in a Multinational pharmaceutical Company located in Sheraton Heliopolis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to management and the commercial team.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, conferences, and internal meetings.
- Liaise with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and financial approvals.
- Arrange travel logistics, visas, and accommodation for team members and guests.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and overall facility organization.
- Handle reception duties, correspondence, and courier arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidential records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or Diploma) in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare company.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong administrative and organizational skills.
