“Administrative & Marketing Assistant” is required in a Multinational pharmaceutical Company located in Sheraton Heliopolis.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to management and the commercial team.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, conferences, and internal meetings.
  • Liaise with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and financial approvals.
  • Arrange travel logistics, visas, and accommodation for team members and guests.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and overall facility organization.
  • Handle reception duties, correspondence, and courier arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidential records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or Diploma) in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare company.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong administrative and organizational skills.
