"Freight Forwarding Manager" is required for a multinational Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain company located in 10th of Ramadan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end freight operations and ensure compliance with global trade and customs regulations.
- Optimize shipping routes, schedules, and carrier performance for cost efficiency and service quality.
- Oversee documentation, customs clearance, and cargo coordination with warehouses and brokers.
- Lead and train operational staff; implement SOPs and monitor KPIs.
- Resolve shipment issues, delays, and client escalations.
- Build strong client and vendor relationships; negotiate freight rates.
- Monitor budgets, validate invoices, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience within the logistics or supply chain industry, with a focus on Freight Forward services.
- Excellent in English is a must.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track sales activities and manage leads.
